Yeh I always chew gum if I’m partying, though I think that might actually be part of the reason why I feel the need to chew on my mouth all week (8 hours under the influence constantly chewing gum might kind of hard-wire the chewing instinct into my brain??).
I got mine 500mg tablets for 3.99 for 30, seeing as u dont use more than 2 a night its a hell of a lot cheaper than a tube of bonjella 😉
