rite i dunno if this already exists or not but i thought it up the other whilst thinkin about adulterated drugs…
if like, a dealer could be charged with deception or “selling something as something else” or whatever, so if they proved he marketed pills as ecstasy but they actually contained a few legal chemicals or lower-class chemicals, he would still be buggered, preferably would get a longer sentence than those sellin pure E. at least this would mean the dealers are likely to go for pure drugs over cut drugs, instead of the consequences makin them decide to cut with other shit.
it could work for most street drugs i reckon.
legalisin and regulatin would eliminate the problem aswell as this, but that ain’t gonna happen unfortunately, definately not in the short term.
if you are selling a substance as an illegal drug, the same penalties apply already
decriminalisation is closer than you might imagine
yeah my presumption was based on opinions i hear, and i live in a rite backward-thinkin Tory bollocks county thats as authoritarian as britain gets, so there is so much opposition to anythin like decriminalisation.
it would be good if it happened in the next few years, so i’ll be able to get decent drugs in me 20’s real easy :laugh_at:
