it is a difficult one; happened to a good friend of mine in 1990s. Eventually I has to stop hanging around with him and his mates as they were getting more and more into addiction and crime (some eventually went to prison). Luckily it has never appealed to me and because of work I associate it more with people who are very old/ill (who get it (and stronger stuff too) by the kilo..)
