  • From my experience they feel like De Ja Vu mostly triggered by Places / People that you were present at the time. It feels like you are looking at the world as if it were a TV screen, It appears as if your imagination was being projected. I haven’t done acid in years and only had 3 / 4 what seemed to be flash backs. To be honest i feel all experiences on Acid / Mdma etc can be reproduced in your mind once you have opened the gates. I don’t do Drugs these days but i still get the same buzz from talking (connecting) with people at parties etc. Also certain tunes that were designed by and for people on ecstasy still give me that mdma buzz!!

Was it the music, Was it the drugs, A mixture of both is where it is at:bounce_fl

I don’t do drugs anymore but still respect anyone that does , Each to there own as it all adds up to lifes experince.

EVERY time i do acid i get realy bad DeJaVu, its like i have dreamed it b4 it happened and that all this that i have done was inevitable and ther was nothing i could do, and this always seems to happen half way through my trip, (usualy when it starts getting light and i can actually see something instead of random colours and paterns) where i realise where i am and what im doing lol. It all seems to come flooding back to me like ive been ther b4 and done it b4, and this jus makes my trip even better coz i feel like i can do it agen and agen and i my mind and body can handle it. This ever increases your state of mind while tripping and elavates your mood which means a better trip!raaa

dejavu/flashbacks and going somewhere or seeing something u have seen before whilst tripping reminds me abit of time travel:crazy:

Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder or HPPD is a psychological disorder characterized by a continual presence of visual disturbances that are reminiscent of those generated by the ingestion of hallucinogenic substances. Previous use of hallucinogens is a necessary, though not sufficient, cause for the disorder. HPPD is distinct from flashbacks by reason of its relative permanence; whereas the latter is transient, the effects of HPPD occur for a prolonged or indefinite period.

There are an array of perceptual changes that accompany HPPD. Dr. Henry David Abraham was the first to formally document the more quintessential features of the disorder. These include the following visual abnormalities: halos surrounding objects, trails following objects in motion, difficulty distinguishing between colors, apparent shifts in the hue of a given item, the illusion of movement in a static setting, air assuming a grainy or textured quality (visual snow or static, by popular description), distortions in the dimensions of a perceived object, and a heightened awareness of floaters. The visual alterations experienced by those with HPPD are not homogeneous; discrepancies may be evident in both the number of the preceding symptoms encountered and their respective intensity.

    LOL :laugh_at: :laugh_at:

I get that every time I do acid, even 2ci I get it a bit (especially in the kitchen or bathroom)

Whenever i’m feelin’ bad i try to think about the good times we spend.

I dunno, from the sounds of some other peoples experiences here, I dont think Ive had a fully blown flashback or anything. I did notice with acid (also MDMA a bit too) is that completely randomly I’ll feel this slight shift in my minds perceptions and get a sort of deja vu feeling (im talking about when I’m sober, obviously). But its never full blown hallucanations and its usually over by the time i’ve realised what is going on.

I rekon it probably has a lot to do with your memory though. My first (and only so far) acid trip I spent a lot of time staring at the mountain scenery while I was tripping. For a few weeks after that, whenever I looked up at the mountains i felt a bit trippy again and got the deja vu feeling.

I actually had a flashback whilst on Ketamine last night/this morning! But it wasn’t a memory of mine. I was walking thru the local woods to get some fags when suddenly i saw what appeared to be roman soldiers marching about, loads of them marching along these really long road. it was really real as well and proper vivid! Thats never happened to me before i can tell you! :weee:

    thats pretty fukin mad!

It certainly tripped me out! My mates reckon and i do as well that i locked in on the residual energy of these soldiers. Sort of like a ghostly recording cos it was so real! Next time i’m bolloxed im gonna go down there again! 😉

thats mad, i would of shat myself and ran lol..

i didnt have a flash back but i started trippin out loads after doin some pills…i gt so spun out by it

I love tripping out and seeing shit! Thats why i like K just for the trip outs
