Some of you may have read one of my earlier threads asking if anyone knew what this round blue pill with an E111 was. Someone suggested i look for it on this pill finder site. yada yada ya. So it turns out they were 10mg Dexadrine or (Adderall). I already had a prescription for methylphenidate ( Ritalin / Concerta ), but i liked the Adderall feeling better because it gave me a mild euphoria along with increased alertness and all the goods you can get out of amphetamines. So I went to my doctor and eluded to the fact that I wanted Adderall, I wanted to “explore my other options.” He suggested Adderall and now I’m a happy camper or am I?
The ones I got are only 5 mg, and I take 3 of them once a day. Initially I could feel the 15 mg nice and strong the first time. The next day I took 15 mg again and it was a little less strong for some odd reason. Day 3 I took them and its even less now.
My question is: Is it possible to build up such a fat tolerance to dex-amphetamine so fast? I mean this is bull shit! I’m not trying to become some sort of tweaker. But I can’t help but feel the effects fading away sooner and sooner. More importantly, becoming less euphoric. I dont know if after 3 days i should ask him to increase the dose, especially since I have known drug habits. I dont want them to cut me off from my precious…

i got tested for ADHD a year and a half ago, and ever since ive had an excuse to get adderalls and such.. i guess thats what it comes down to, you get tested and they basically give you and excuse to be lazy. all they know is i ‘abuse’ marijuana, if thats at all possible. and i got caught up with an ammount of robitussin to sort out Andre The Giant. But realistically..for the love of god, my name is xpillpopper..baha! ive tried snorting them too, but that doesnt last as nicely, and is more tweakered and less nice. plus these pills are blue, and they stain anything they touch when you grind ’em
i think the euphoria wears off but the medication carries on being effective for ADHD
upping the dosage will not give th euphoria back AFAIK once its gone its gone.

WOW. I’m guessing, and just guessing.. you live in the UK or Europe? well i live in the U.S.A. okay? and they will just about throw this pill at any sort of motivationally inept persons. So as i mock the fact that the medical establishment IN THE USA will hand this shit out to anyone who wants it, and i make my clever ass comments, i need you to get off my nuts. because the fact that adderall/dexamphetamin has caused 12 known ‘sudden deaths’ and is one of the most abused presriptions out there, makes it a fucking joke that its still even legal. I can’t get a prescription for ketamine, and you dont here me bitching cuz i cant sink into the k-hole. now, i know that ADHD and ADD are serious disorders, because when i initially got tested for it (AND BELIEVE ME I DIDNT ASK TO GET TESTED) they immedietly gave me an ammount of ritalin that made me have a amphetamine induced pyschotic break down while i was in at my fucking school. so please believe, i didnt seek it out. i merely realized that that while i have to take my ritalin (which just makes you straight up tweak) i might as well get intense euphoria and pleasure out of my meds. and btw, i dosed up and did in fact get my euphoria back. dont get butt hurt because its hard to come by in the UK, shit, i dont blame them. they dont even know what these drugs do to you in the long run. But hey, dont take my word for it. i didnt take yours. thats all just from knowing first hand.
mate i have bin taking methylphenidate for 5 years an you dont sound like you know what your going on about, i never got a euphoria from ritalin no matter how much i took. and as for a amphetamine induced phycotic break down. if your were prescribed it they would build up your tolerancy first and not just give you a full dose immediatly, due to the fact that this is one of the risks, but are you sure it wasnt just a really big panic attack.

I think this shows the difference between US and UK/Europe “healthcare”.
In America (and anywhere else without a public healthcare system) the market reigns supreme; over and above the healthcare considerations. I would say the quality of some healthcare in the USA (i. e that which does not provide a quick profit) is about 20 years behind that of equivalent countries with a public healthcare service.
I expect xpillpoppers doctor prescribes all sorts of stuff (including pure dexamphetamine) and may well over prescribe as he is worried he would lose the custom to some other doctor. Wouldn’t surprise me if doctors there make some personal profit from the amount of drugs prescribed;
Also where does an addict go back to? the doctor. so a regular user is a regular customer.
In UK/Europe the NHS are very worried about diversion of their supplies to recreational use and the costs of dealing with addiction so they ration the amounts given particularly to younger people
BTW the blue colour is deliberately put there to stop teenagers spiking each other as a joke.

yeah, i never got euphoria from methylphenidate either, i just got twacked out. so i switched to dexamphetamines and thats where u get the euphoria. when i initially got mx methylphenidate prescription, it took them about a week to build up my prescription, (i got 5mg of ritalin in addition to 54 mg of concerta time release after 5 days) i dont believe it was a panic attack, i felt more schizo than a panic attack.

sorry i come off as a jack ass at times…maybe most times. i felt semi attacked by ur earlier reply so i went off on a rant kinda? my meds come with a fat pamphlet ive read before i even registered here. i say alot of shit off the top of my dome in this forum, i thought it was a safer place to do so, so i didnt mean to damage the cause where you live. they fail to mention alot about how the tolerance rises though, hence my question original question. yeah i also get high off my meds, maybe thats wrong, but hey! i get euphoria off of them when i take enough, and its costing me like 10 cents a pill, so its easier that buying other shit. ive also taken them in moderation where its helped me with my studies. im not a victim of anything really, but my doc does hawk out the prescriptions like youve never seen.

I dont know an awfull lot about health care over in the states. Maybe us brits should be more thankfull than we are about the NHS.
I for one wouldnt want our Dr giving my ill 3month old son some uppers just to keep our business.
Correct me if i am wrong and i should hate the government more.
