– 90mg Adderall XR (oral) is as previously stated a very high dose for a beginner.

Someone like myself who has taken relatively high dosages of Adderall XR & IR (30mg XR & 20mg IR) daily for two years could even get a decent high IME from 90mg Adderall XR (oral).

– 90mg Adderall XR or IR (insufflated) is enough IME to get someone with my tolerance very high.

To be honest 30mg could get a newer user pretty high. 90 is overkill
