Ok, so my parents caught me smoking and decided to start giving me these THC drug tests. They don’t know anything about other drugs, but I got shocked when they gave me one so I stopped everything for the last couple months. I finally got my hands on one of the tests to take a picture of, and I looked it up and started to think these might not test positive for other drugs.
My question being would this thing test positive for Acid, Ecstasy, or Adderall?

The one in your pic only tests for THC (cannabis), although they do make test cards for other drugs. TransMedCo Alere iScreen 5 Panel Dip Drug Test Card 25 per Box

yes, only THC. But your parents may have bought some of the other ones as well, the full pack is only a few dollars and parents worldwide now use them. Quite often even if you admit to cannabis parents suspect you are doing other drugs anyway and things like this are done more to discourage you so you calm down for a bit so you can achieve other life goals rather than your parents really wanting to make your life hell. Although my own parents never would have tested me they still discouraged my use and they had a liberal hippy type youth in the 1970s when I was born.
