Their back 4 is pretty weak to be fair & if Vermaelen has one of his frequent & long absences through injury, they could be really fucked. Could be on the wrong end of another couple of 8-2 scorelines this season. Makes you wonder, if Wenger hadn’t inherited such a great back 4 when he first came to the club, would they have won anything in the last 16 years?

Also whilst speaking of the pundits, during ITV’s coverage of the Euros, did anyone else get the feeling that Roy Keane was bubbling with rage that he did well to suppress? Viera looked like he still wasn’t comfortable being that close to Keano, even after all this time, and putting him with Adrian Chiles & Gareth Southgate was just fuel for my desire to see Keano go bat shit mental on tv! Well done Roy for not killing em, u held it together well.

Seriously though, most gooners I know are properly fucked off about the fact u seem to have become their feeder club – some are even hoping that if RVP stays in England, he goes to Utd, just so City don’t get him. What happened to the good old days of Keano & Viera at it, Keown & van Nistelrooy at it, Schmeichel & Wright, or even the infamous 21 man brawl back in 1990 – proper bad tempered affairs them.
