Its a google bot for the version of google you get on smartphones and other mobile wireless devices. It grabs webpage content and makes it into a form easier to see on small screens. Not sure if its a good or bad one, there are mixed views about it. Some people moan it strips out their ads although I don’t see it being so much of a problem.

Deepnet Explorer is a kind of browser – I think the developers often send out spiders to find things to put on the news/ads site associated with the browser. The software is developed in the UK which might be why they are interested in our Royal Family…
