    i just want to know what do you think which is best cardio exercise….???
    share your opinion with me…>

    10 full burpies, 20 montainclimbers, 10 bouncing squat jumps, repaeat 3 times with no break.

    sry that’s 10 jump up burpees, 20 montain climbers then 10 “bouncing squat jumps” (not sure if that’s what they are called but basicaly you do a squat jump then inbetween, on the way down from the first, you put your hands on your thighs and do a small squat without leaving the ground, before continuing with the next squat jump.

    repeat theese three a total of 3 times.

    make sure you warm up first and go at your own pace, make sure you do all of them tho. Also best to eat a heathy meal within one hour of finishing your entire workout high in carbs and protine .. about twice as many low gi carbs as protine .. roughly about 30-40g of protine and 80ish of carbs .. but this will depend on your weight and how hard you’ve worked out.

    boxing is good

    Skipping.

    3 star jumps a week.

    i love swimming, close 2nd is running. i like running cos you can put the tunes on and go run in nature, but swimming is the best for my body and also has the best endorphin rush for me. i’d love to get one of these cool underwater mp3 players, but i never got round to it. a team sport is always good cos you get competitive a stop realising how knackered you are.

    ah this is old, oh well. i still like swimming lol, if i can get to bed soon i might even go for a sunday swim! rock on…

    Rowing machine/rowing is very good, works your muscles as well. Running’s another good option, you can’t really go wrong running 5k.

    ok, I have been waiting for someone mention sex, has sex gone out of fashion? As far I remember it, it get your heart to goes bum-li-bum very fast :laugh_at:

    Best cardio is “intencity” training … where you do a minit of running a certain speed, then suddenly switch to another speed, then a minit later switch again to another speed etc.. This really works your cadio and stamina.
