TBH if they’ve been with the company a fair while to me that would suggest at least one level of management tolerates the racism
Aa lot of people are really fucking angry at the intense competition for work these days. The problem with any country is that immigration rarely happens with good grace and genuine acceptance of others, – it is a way of getting a cheap labour source. For many there is only “market multiculturalism” rather than genuine tolerance.
Your best bet may be to leave that job and join a competitor. Then tell every friend and business you know who is multicultural about that company and how they shelter racists.
In todays world the only protest what actually works is the power in your wallet (or purchasing budget).
People may have a right to their opinion, but others have the right to make purchasing decisions in line with both business needs and their ethical values.
Many businesspeople won’t buy from a company which employs bullies and racists and the ethnic groups who have worked hard now have a lot of market power.
PS: feeding racists drugs won’t change them. They will hate even more on the comedown, and may even be angry enough to beat up a foreign worker or arrange a “workplace accident”, or if tripping may make them do something really warped.
Where I lived there used to be BNP who would befriend and tick loads of drugs of a black guy, cane the drugs themselves, go fighting other black people and then grass the dealer to the feds..
