That sums up my body clock pretty darn well. My sleeping habits have vastly improved recently though. Good job too really, I was starting to go what felt like the bad kind of insane.

I’m flying over to Brazil on friday so maybe I can use the 4 hour time difference to readjust my body clock.

Lol, what about when you return? A holiday, work, miscellaneous?

The flight back is at night and lands at 7:20 local time, so if I sleep through it I should be ok.

Why you going if you don’t mind me being nosy?

My parents live there. Going to visit.

Sweet. I’d like to visit Brazil. I met a Brazilian last time I was staying in a hostel in Spain. Its just one of those countries that’s always appealed to me for some reason but he made it sound pretty magical, showed me photos to of where he lived on the southern coast, looked like paradise.

You are more than welcome to stay at my ‘rents place if you do so. It’s not in any of the beautiful coastal towns (It’s Sao Paulo, the economic capital) but there’s still stuff to do there like museums etc. You should get yourself to Florianópolis. The Jazz band I played in toured there every year and we stayed at this amazing beachfront hotel. Most of the tourists to that city tend to be locals because the foreigners go to Rio, so it doesn’t get as crowded as other places.

Well that’s very kind of you to offer but I doubt I’ll be going there anytime soon if I do ever go. Got a bit of money at the moment but the girlfriend is requesting Cuba, which I’m sure would be a very interesting place but I don’t think it has many ski resorts. I fancy shaking off the rust from my (what would be hired) snowboarding boots.

Bulgaria is a pretty good place for skiing I hear. Quite affordable.

Hmm, I wouldn’t have ever considered Bulgaria. Then again I know literally nothing of the place. Of the places I’ve been skiing I have to say Italy has been the most memorable experience.

*first yawn of the night and my eyes are starting to feel a bit weary, sorry if I abruptly stop responding

I’ve only really ever been skiing in Austria and Switzerland. I love Austria, it’s a nice cozy place to ski.

But yeah you should check out Bulgaria. A friend of mine took a ski trip there and said it was great.

Might pack it in now. Just had a chamomile tea and I can feel the warmth of blankets calling my name.

Oh only like 2 of the best places to ski in the world lol. I contemplating Japan too if I want to flash my cash although would make a considerable dent in my wallet. Will have to research Bulgaria as well now though.

    Night dude.

I came to a kind of messed up realization. The more tired I am, the better I feel, it’s like a high. My body kind of feels numb, my eyes droop, I laugh at everything, and I can’t work heavy machinery. I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be the other way around… I feel like my body is working in reverse. I’ll wait till like 6am to the point where I get so tired that I literally just pass out because when I finally do sleep, I can actually sleep in peace without having to lay in my bed at night for hours and hours just thinking. I’m pretty scared of what I think is happening outside of my house at night too. What’s wrong with me, help:crazy_diz

Yes, when your are overtired strange thing often happens.

I hope my answer in the boston thread did not take your sleep away.
I wish I could be there by U and say all is calm now, you can go to sleep now.
Sometimes sleeping do not come easy when the thoughts are flowing. Then I try meditation. Try to close everything out, concentrate on your breathing, feel the breathing then let your body be as heavy you can feel it and melt into the bed and breathe , breathe…that works for me when I need to sleep at times I normally do not sleep due to my work….sometimes my days are being nights or start at 0300…

Aww thanks Sinner, and no your response in the Boston thread didn’t take my sleep away. Even though it made me a little mad lol, you are titled to your own opinion. As for the sleeping, I will definitely try that! It sounds like it would really work, I take your word for it 😉 And wow, your days must be so tiring, at least you have a good excuse haha
