So much for Trump and various other American politicians claiming that pro-environment regulations are caused by “Chinese conspiracies” (the Chinese like motor cars as much as anyone else in the world, and were previously quick to fill up their streets with them and build yet more roads, and now have learned the hard way what this leads to. (The same happens across many other nearby Asian countries).
