I’m doing some work at the moment on the commercialisation of the rave scene and I’ve got some areas I wanted to discuss…
* What was it that made the rave scene so unique?
* Do you think the rave scene has become commercialised? – if so how has this taken place?
* Do you think a rave scene still exists in the UK?
* How is rave culture different from other forms of youth culture, particularly do you think rave culture is different from club culture?
I’ve got my own opinions on many of these questions but the more people I have asked the more these opinions seem to be challenged!!
