drink milk before u go out
when u wake up make sure u try and have somthing to eat then have a bath or a shower to refreash u works everytime for me
also i dnt no if they sell them in denmark but its a milkshake like protine drink called nurishment its got loads of vitimins in it and it builds u up
if u feel sick eat some ginger buscuits that works as well x x x x babyx x x
Hard physical exercise, or whatever you least fancy doing. Playing rugby is hell at the time but after you feel awesome, or go for a run, again will be hell but worth it afterwards!
same goes 4 working in the kitchen. ull feel like shit 4 about 1 or 2 hours maybe thrown up a couple of times but then ull feel fine.

A multi vitamin, and a bananna milkshake, with honey, ice cream and milk. works a treat.
Drink lots of water before you go to sleep, (within reason) seems to do it. Also stuff like spirulina, or (dunno what they’re called elsewhere) liver tonics like Essentiale or Cruciale which have loads of B-complex vitamins & replace all the nutrients & salts that a good night on the cane takes out.
Have had some sleep,a hot bath and some food..

I bet. when i was professional pisshead in greece i used to swim every morning. was soooo nice. except when the local stray dogs followed me in and tried to climb on my head out at sea! being drowned by a smiling pp is disconcerting to say the least….

Know exactly wot u mean, every day on holiday, got exceedingly lashed, then in the morning dived in a cold pool, few lengths, sorted me right out
