Ok so ive finally got a few sources laid out for my RCs, but what about customs? what is the success rate that somthing from asia will make it through customs? Also who has actually gotten weed from another country in the mail. Ive heard of people goin to amsterdam and mailing stuff back to tha states and never havin a prob. but that was years ago b4 all the 911 police state laws were activated! well im interested in what you guys have to say. I just started using forums and i must say that im addicted..

personally i think it’s a big risk. if your package gets stopped you’ll be prosucted not just for possession, but for importing and depending on the quantity, importing with intent to supply

jail terms, basically. do you think it’s worth it, just for a buzz?

Actually in the UK the package is udually just stopped.

Friends of mine were getting 1/2 kilo’s of danish homegrown sent over in boxes to their flat and one time they got a letter saying customs had seized a package, with a number to phoone if they wished to contest the seizure.

Also I’ve read in th US the package is also just confiscated.

Yeah, I could understand that because if theres no link to say that you asked for it to be sent over surely they can’t charge you because someone could be taking the piss. As unlikely as it is.

hi guys

Ive been on a few sites recently trying to see if any weed is about cos it is dry as fuk and i was on ukcultivator.biz and some of the guys where saying that they have successfully posted stuff back to the UK from Amsterdam. Apparently the best way is in a container like a plastic video case, seal it with the brown parcel tape (which apparently masks smells) mark fragile and stick it in a jiffy bag!! Obviuosley address it to the old owner, and use gloves! Whether its bull i dont know.

May aswell drive over to a’dam and bring it back, customs shite at dover anyway!! 😉 :weee:

Don’t know about other countries but can be a bad idea in the u.k. If customs, post office, whoever find a parcel has drugs in it it will often still be sent to the adressee. If later on the adressee has not called to say they have recieved a package that is not theres they can be arrested

Nah its customs policy to intercept the package.

They never let it through. If its serious enough then the police will turn up at the door instead, although only if they have previously been investigating and have evidence to back it up.

Hey everyone!
So, heres my first post 🙂

I was reading around a lot of other sites regarding getting certain goods shipped into the US. A lot of packages make it through, but it seems as if there is a consensus that if your package is seized, you’ll just get a note in the mail basically saying not to do it again. (IMO)

I’ve also seen discussions of people possibly getting their package red taped and shipped, along with the DEA at your front door. But I havn’t seen any forums detailing that actually happening to anyone.

One suggestion i’ve heard is to not get it shipped via UPS, as they will usually require a signature and signing for these sorts is apparently a no no.

Well, to sum up agent’s probably are most likely not going to show up at your house, and you’ll just get a letter if anything goes wrong, and be out some money.

If i were you, inquire about the packaging, and what their policy is on seizures. Some MOM’s I hear will resend if a package is seized, wonder if the same goes for RC providers?

Elretardo87 I believe is right. I know of people who posted hash, pills, vallium, 2cb, 2ci etc etc. When its been intercepted its been a letter from customs asking if you want to come and pick it up (obviously an empty letter). Ive heard that in the USA different states are tighter than others, bit like the UK Police force is divided into counties and each county has a different strategy, the same in the USA. Texas may have tighter postal laws than say New York.

its true that in most Western jurisdictions the authorities have to give the “recipients” the benefit of the doubt – in most countries the law enforcement authorities have to prove the “mens rea” (the “criminal mind” or intention to commit the crime) as well as the “actus reus” (the crime itself)

and as others have implied the package could have been delivered to the address as a mistake or a prank – and in multiple occupancy houses it could have been requested by one person without the knowledge of the others…

but bear in mind though that the first time this happens the law enforcement authorities will then be aware that the address has been used to ship contraband.

They may not be able to nick everyone inside but it would only take an email from Revenue and Customs to the local Police force for the area just to tip them off that they should “pay particular attention to the inhabitants and their activities”, and if its a house or neighbourhood full of ravers/stoners the cops are bound to get some sort of result if they keep up the pressure…
