its not a problem, the worst part is coming home messy on the train on ya own tryin to act normal 😉

I actually came up to your town to meet friends what lived there and were doing a event in bluenotes, and after a particularly messy Sunday got the train back

half fell asleep and then woke up with a big start.

I thought “fuck me I am proper tripping out big time. I can see out of the window this fat old dude dressed in all 1970/80s clothes like a darts player and he is in the signalbox pulling at old style levers like I am on the hogwarts express”, For a while I thought I’d actually gone back in time or something. it spun me out to the point when I recovered I asked Biotech and Ttch what I had seen, and looked up on the net info about the area.

It was the actual signal box and a modern National Express worker, they still use all that old stuff in Lowestoft even today :laugh_at:

I have one lone friend that goes with me to Fabric but she gets busy sometimes and the rest of my friends listen to show tunes so.. They’d rather go to the theatre while I’m all about partying!
I’m afraid to go by myself but it’s always fairly easy for me to make friends there and chill with them. I don’t need to make friends though really I just wanna daannceee!

I don’t even go clubbing, except for in hunting season

nope i really hardly ever go out anymore but if i do normally can round up a couple of troops

If I could go to places like Fabric regularly I doubt I’d think twice about going on my own, seeing as the majority of my mates are “indy kids” who like to take photos with a sepia filter because it makes them feel retro. You can always meet people at those types of place without any real issue.

    ^ LOL

Yeah I love Fabric <3 love the sound system

I have been clubbing quite a few times on my own but I prefer going with friends.

Needs must sometimes – If no one else is keen but you need a release / blow out then sometimes it just has to be done. Loads of people go to festivals alone.

Naaah I would never going clubbing on my own, not being a girl anyway too many pervy guys trying to take you home.. but for guys it’s probably easier to go out alone.

I know what you mean though, I’ve only got a few mates who will actually come Fabric with me and not that many people seem to be into d&b and dubstep and that n I’ve got hardly any mates who go to free parties and stuff.

I go to fabric at least once a month if theres a good line up, your welcome to come with me 🙂

i’d never go out on my own like wadeee said all the men ffs, i don’t want to be bothered when i go out plus getting overly out of it on my own is not good for safety if i didn’t get home.

I used to do it a fair bit, few yokes hop in the car and head 4 Dublin, usually ended up bumpin in2 someone i knew or just havin a laugh with randomers, got invited back 2 a fair few parties and the beauty of drivin and not drinkin is you can head off whenever you want. dont do it as much these days as the clubs and the people over here arent the same any more. Iv often went abroad to festivals on me own as well and always had a good time

I used to sometimes. It was amazing how often you’d meet people. Fabric was always great for that; clubs in Brixton too. Sometimes its good just to go and listen to some music…

just go meet randoms all good
