  • This morning when I woke up I realised that I had been dreaming one ‘scene’ (for want of a better word) of my dream over and over and over. It felt like it’s been stuck for several hours. Most wierd.

ummm…not that i can think of…always gutting waking up (especially to an alarm) just as im about to get a big revelation though!

Dream loops, I fuckin hate them. They become so monotonous that I feel sick. Luckily I only get them occasionally.

Can’t say i’ve ever had one, i can imagine them doing my head in though.
Just get to the point already dream ffs >_< lol

    never remember my dreams

I go through phases of remembering them everyday and then nothing. When I do remember them they are pretty weird. My husband thinks I sleep on a mescaline pillow. :wonk:

They say that depending on the dream and how it was dreamt means how important is was and relevant to your life right now.

The shrinks advise that you look at the symbology in your dreams to work out its true meaning.

I have to say I don’t really believe that. I think your dreams are mostly your outlet for all the random crap in your head.

I think you are more likely to send yourself mad by over analysing that have any great realisation.

If you need to make changes in your life you are better analysing your patterns of behaviour than half remembered dreams imo.

I had a dream couple weeks back that i was being hunted down by the devil, I woke up several times throughout the night and still went back into the same nightmare, i knew how the nightmare ended too and i knew all the people i was with were going to die, it was fucking horrible and I had the worst day at work the next day. I hope that NEVER happens again 😥

That explains my ramblings then. :laugh_at:

karl Jung on the other hand did look into dreams and theory etc and it is a very hard read, but worth it which looks into dreams. Bearing in mind this was relevant to the time and age of the turn of the centurary (20th)

I wonder what he would come up with now if he were still alive / reincarnated?

i get false awakenings sometimes, so strange, some people have been known to dream out entire days only to then wake up for real and have to go off to work again! ive never had it that bad tho…

i have had at least a few hours of a day then woke up ..normaly to be disapointed that what happend in the dream wasn’t real … other times i am glad its a dream .. but quite a strance sensation either way

I’ve dreamed about half a day before … It was slightly weird because (from what I remember) my dream “lasted” until like 3pm or something, then I woke up to find that it was 8AM .. I was slightly dis-orientated though :crazy_diz
