For those that remember ‘The Word’ they once went through a penis enlargement operation on the show, guy with a pencil dick had hundreds of fat injections into his dick to make it thicker, was disgusting in a proper cringeworthy way but seemed to work, of course they couldnt make it longer so it was kinda like a linx spray can by the end lol

Tempted to post a picture of my penis to see if you notice that it’s not a hotdog lol. Well hotdogs come in varying sizes much like a penis but average hotdog length is probably around 6 inches, again similar to a penis lol.
