got to agree with DDD a few drinks and spliffs (and if at all possible something to eat) is the best way to get to sleep, but to be honest not really done a lot of downers,

although illegal if i ordered them on the net, is it likely the Old Bill chasing it up? i mean surely its just mis-use of medicine act?

probably all that would happen is that you would get a letter from the police saying they have intercepted a package that contains a possible controled substance and if you want it you can go down the station and get it, but you may face prosecution. Also you & your address may get put on a list of people that have ordered illegal stuff over the net. Saying all that though its pretty unlikely it will get found, probably more likely that you’ll get ripped off by some fake net scam company…

I totally agree,buyin drugs on the street is dodgy but would never buy fuk all off the net…….scammin bastards.

depends on your tollereance levels 😉

I dunno to this one though – have done so a few times –

but I think if you are habitually having to take downers after uppers to sleep – maybe its worth knocking the rugs on the head for a bit and giving your body and mind a break and getting a good pattern of sleep and recovery natrually

It can leads to all sorts of messyness if this becomes routeen practice imo

I went with KO’d with downers because who wants to lie in bed twitching staring at the ceiling trying to get some sleep

sleep deprivation = psychosis quicker

the wait could possibly be more beneficial as benzo sleep = no REM sleep. if you were gonna be awake all night then worth doing downers.

I stay awake till im absolutely fucked then will take a temazepam tablet…i’ll be awake till supper time at least 🙂
