    hey,
or for scrambled eggs i like gordon ramsey’s scrambled eggs. even if you don’t do the chives n that at the end, the method gets you great eggs! and he burns his toast and tells the guy filming to go fuck his wife in bed kinda lol

That’s well good! I just made them now, with the vine tomatoes + ‘shrooms + bacon. Sorted me right out! It makes such a difference cooking the eggs like that. I always mixed the eggs up with some salt and pepper and bit of milk and put them in the pan with butter – they always ended up rubbery and watery.

    wa?

if you feel like going for gold why not make your own bread to go with you’re eggs! wait… its actually not that hard. so ok compared with scrambling eggs, its a mission, but its very cheap, your home will smell amazing and you’ll have a high quality, freshly made, artisan loaf, without paying high prices. you’ll never look at a floppy, gluey kingsmill loaf in the eye again! ok so it’ll only last a day or two, but actually bread isn’t supposed to last for a month, that poor excuse for bread in the supermarkets is pumped full of preservatives and probably other things that given the choice (ok you have a choice now but you get what i mean), you wouldn’t eat. i’m not religious, but even jesus was in on this one; ‘give us this day our daily bread!’

i like this guy’s video cos it shows that even some crazy person in what appears to be student digs, or something similar, can make great bread with not that much effort…

i realise this sort of activity is the antithesis of the alpha male, but come on guys, its the 21st century now, no-one will judge you… much. you could always go out and fell a tree to restore the balance…

Yeah we make our own bread here quite alot (well we havn’t for a while but used to do it all the time). I tried that ramsey version of scrambled egg today with out the crem freshe and it was really creamy. I normaly put the salt and stuff in first but cook it faster so it doesn’t go watery, just it’s not very creamy, more like flakes of ommlette, much prefer this way though!

loving the fact my mum has started baking cakes again, big ting orange chocolate cakes, sponge things with bare raspberries and other peng tings……DENCH!!!
