Extracting Codeine

I’ve extracted codeine from Tylenol 3 and after filtering it I came to a yellowish tinged liquid.

After looking at all the descriptions I gathered on how to extract the substance they never seem to say what to do with after you’ve extracted it. Specifically none of them said anything close to: “now drink what you’ve obtained” or “take what you have in the coffee filter, thats codeine”.

I’m confused as to what the next step might be. I had hoped to be obtain a powder like substance after was said and done.

So if anyone can help on this subject I would be grateful? If it’s the liquid that I’m supposed to drink please tell me. Also how do I turn it back to a solid if possible. I’ve been considering cooking it but I not sure and I don’t want to get it wrong…

its the liquid you want; the powder will be acetaminophen [paracetamol] – do not take large amounts of this as can damage your liver….

take a look here… you said you were studying chemistry so I’m sure you will understand what this is about. Read all of this before you take any of this mixture..

Then go and take a look at the threads that agent subby, E-babes and the others have posted about their experiences with opiate addiction…this is the sort of thing you only want to try once even if you do find you like it..

Yeah. I’ve seen something like that before but the last paragraph is what I’m trynna figure out…

It’s probably best to like, measure it out first
Best dose to start with is between 30 and 60 mg…

the best thing to do with opiates is to never start taking them :hopeless:

well i reckon you could put it through a vaccuum filter to seperate the solid from liquid. But would suggest throwing it away it instead, alot less risky. And then you could at least say youve managed to extract codeine. then you could try synthesising MDMA.

Why would you want to? Have you just found some recipy on the net? A tenner says your not a chemist

Never said I was but I did say I was taking chemistry though… BIG GUY! Anyway why do you care what I’m going to be doing with it?

is it hard to work out?

have a look around the site at the number of members tryingto get clean from opiates

that’s one of the reasons people are concerned for you

another reason is you don’t what you’re doing and could easily poison yourself
