  • I don’t like horror films … they’re all shit imo. None of them are scary and they are all pretty comical cos they are so poo … give me a psycalogical thriller anyday!

Halloween isn’t even a gory film, it’s a low budget revolutionary horror film based on suspense 🙂

Pitch Black and Alien :satisfied: preferably the director’s cuts

Aliens is better in my opinion.

For me personally is the original John Carpenter’s ‘Halloween’.

mine to, always my number one. Trivia for you, the mask is actually a William Shatner mask.

I quite like Hellraiser 1 and 2 but am generally not a massive fan of horror films.

I like the first two movies in the alien series but the first one just pips the second one in terms of preference – find it creepier

alien 3 and 4 were an absolute joke.

and the last alien film was a farce *tsk*

I like aliens, more of a sci fi tho really.

TBH I’d rather watch a UK-based true crime documentary although even the newer ones are too cheesy.

What always makes me particularly laugh about Yank ones is how no-one being attacked by ghosts in horror films seems to have easy access to guns, and the ghosts always seem to be able to knock out the telephone network – whereas in action movies a revolver never needs reloading, and can shoot down a helicopter, and cops (even 1970s/80s ones) seem to be able to do stuff like talk on their radio to the chief on his desk telephone (who is always a black dude) – or find a working phone box in the shittiest area of a city..

Auch wenn du am Abgrund stehst, und gar nichts mehr verstehst,
wachen Engel über dich, halten dich im Licht und lassen dich nie fallen.
