      So while cleaning up my friend’s mom’s house I stumbled upon an unopened fentanyl patch no damage to packaging but expired March 2009 my question is how potent could it be?

        Not a clue; could be bunk or it could be good as new depending on whether it is an actual expiration date or a sell by date.
