  • Squid for tea tonight, spent the last few days at a BBQ festival eating nothing but pulled pork sandwiches so need to lay off the meat for a while

    I actually don’t like tuna but, literally just got back from finding an amazing 24/6 bakery that sells bad boy smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels all night long! <3

    I ate two, but @ £2.49 a pop, unfortunately, It’s not something I could do every night (although it’s still about the same price as a kebab, and a lot nicer and healthier!).

    Seafood combined with veggies in a seaweed wrap is just good in general, let’s take sushi for example

    The Punjabis have their equivalent of Bollywood as well.

    TBH a lot of the South Asian side of my family are all very good musicians and singers, but its only in very recent times that “western style pop music” has been seen as a legitimate or worthy thing to do (compared to selling fish).

    I have sushi rice and I want to make some sushi, I heard its a bit dangerous though.

    If possible, leave the heads on if you’re baking or roasting fish wrapped in silver foil. Amazing amount of meat on the head (or donate to a cat you like), PLUS you get a better marinade / basted in own juices result.

    Fugu “blowfish” is dangerous as some of the internal organs are lethally poisonous.

    Apart from that is the risk of a sharp knife to cut sushi.

    Incredibly yummy, but there’s a lot of fat in that cream cheese. For taste though I have to say it’s a fantastic combination.
