I’m moving to France for the next three months and I’m going to be there for the French Teknival or Tekos. So I’m wondering if anyone know some information hotlines or little hints on where and when the party will be…

According to my french friend this translates to:

unless you are fluent French speakers and/or have a lot of genuine friends across the channel the best one to go to is wherever the bulk of the English /crews are supporting (which may be the legal one).

Also, many of those infoline numbers will give the direction info in French – spoken at the speed of the natives, not the slowed down recordings from high school days… sadly I would struggle with them too as I have let my spoken French get a bit rusty 😥

I don’t want to be in the slightest bit “nationalistic” (particularly not as someone who has a lot of respect for France, its language and its people for 25 years) but the euroteks aren’t the multicultural paradise people often think they are…

however a lot of our mutual friends from British crews have worked together with the French and other Europeans both at home and abroad. Keep in touch with them and attend the tek together, you should hopefully all be safe and have an excellent time….

At least some of the people in this thread already know who to get the info from – its just a matter of patience as like any other rave venues aren’t always discussed or confirmed until nearer the time..

GL – Looks like a call to some old friends is needed – they always go to French Tek.

Normally the last few have been about 20 miles south of Paris.

I really want to go to this myself so may see the odd peeps there

Well from the impression I get, the legal one seems the most British supported this year. All the more known crews seem to be going there.

Now I know it’s a 99.9% this year, Im fuckin well excited raaa

So what’s the enforment like? I imagine it’s free for all, sound system wise. I read of searches and undercover partiers?

I’m french and I’ve heard about the French tek when I was in England (Reading).
Lots of my friend from there are going so I’m definitely going too.
It’s gonna be great !!!
