I have heard rats in the ceiling grid at one of our offices before (converted barn; only 5 years before it was used for horses) but these ones were smart; they’d wait until it was pissing down with rain so no cats would bother coming into the yard before they’d start making any noise…
I heard of Rats in the Cellar, Toys in the Attic both from Aerosmith…But never heard that one Rats in the Ceiling..hahaha, anyways have a watch of this if ya interested called ‘ Rats ‘
