Basically what it’s saying is that in 3 days time they will be having a meeting to start organising.
Read between the lines, it basically says they a) don’t have any premises, b) might have an iman to run it (who isn’t theologically qualified, which might be an issue getting the Swedish authorities to recognise it “officially” as a place of worship) and c) An awful lot of Swedish Muslims would not go near the place, except to protest that it is friendly towards homosexuals.
