  • Hello I’m frank, visiting from the states just had leg surgery need a few questions answered. I’m staying in London west side. Text me 6104387532

Hey you can ask questions here bud, that’s what the place is for. Uless your question is where can I buy illegal stuff ;).

Hahaha yeah I’m not trying to break any rules this is a cool sight!

Cool :), welcome to the forum bud.

Also US number so you might need to add a +0 in the beginning

can’t buy or sell anything, nor ask mater. Also I hope for your sake that isn’t you real phone number bud. Maybe you wanna delete that :).

if you have had surgery on your leg, and have been prescribed painkillers for this your US doctor can fax over all the info to one in the UK; you should be able to obtain them legally.

You will have to pay for them as the USA is not in Europe; it will be a limited supply to avoid diversion/reselling – there is also a chance that if the requirement is for anything stronger than codeine you get admitted to a hospital or even a residential home (of the kind that middle aged/senior people are sent to) for the duration of the treatment – this may not be how you wanted to spend your holiday. Our doctors may well (understandably) wonder why you were allowed to travel to a foreign country that soon after surgery without being supplied with suitable aftercare in the first place.

Heroin is normally only prescribed to those over age 80 who are not expected to live much longer.

I work as an IT manager for a group of these residential homes about in a rural area about 100km from London. There is plenty of all sorts of opiates/benzos going through the place but every last dose is monitored and counted; the areas where these drugs are stored are restricted access, the substances themselves are in a further locked cupboard with an alarm and all the info is deliberately written down by hand in this book which looks like a relic from the 1950s as well as being stored on the computer systems. There are random security checks and anyone who gets caught for diversion will get as much prison time as a street dealer, will also be struck off their professional register and if they are not from the UK will have their visa cancelled and be deported to their home country.

Heroin sold to addicts on the streets of the UK is of wildly variable quality and strength; it is sold by those who are low down the socio-economic ladder partly feeding their own addictions but also trying to make money / stray out of the rehab centres as they are not cool/fun places to be in and becoming increasingly like the residential care homes anyway. The use of hard drugs across Europe is decreasing with a declining number of addicts now reaching their middle years.

Scotland Yard have access to the same Stingray equipment that US cops/feds have; it is a bad idea to try and obtain class A’s via mobile or fixed telecoms networks.

The link below will show where the nearest doctors surgeries are in your area (you will need find out your local postcode; this may start with W, WC but could be UB, TW, HA depending on how far West you go).

    Find services – NHS Choices

Painkillers shouldn’t be mixed with marijuana if you are if you are worrying about successful recovery.

Don’t ever try and do anything too abrupt as it may lead to sudden unexpected damages to your health.

Try Fentynal Rchoney great pain killer but use carefully
