alas, whilst you were away the whole site had to be changed from vbulletin to WordPress as vbulletin was falling apart and insecure and the site was crashing for days, posts were going out of index, disappearing etc. It wouldn’t have been possible to carry on with VB and keep a secure/usable site.

Although now the WordPress based version works well and a good part of the public database was preserved I dont’ think it was possible to preserve the PM’s (mine are gone too) and some of the attachments (pictures/music), I remember having to salvage some of the things I needed and put them on my personal blog and Flickr.

Those have been gone a very long time I’m afraid, several years in fact because the code we were using broke and was no longer sustainable. Was there anything in particular you were after though? There’s a slim change I might still have it backed up somewhere…
