and maybe i am naive but then again i am only 17…and i dont no anybody who has fucked up on drugs

give it another 5 6 7 years and you will! i dont think anyone can do a drug just once. it will be just another drug you do recreational and you just have to not let your self get addicted. so if you are going to try them good luck.

Heroin – would take it in old age to allieviate the symtoms of old age.

Crack – tried it – horrible.

Meth (as in Methamphetamine) – nah, not for me, I don’t even like speed and meth seems to ravish the body very badly. Can’t see the point.

Meth (as in Methadone) – no thanks.

I did crack recriationally when I was 17 – I’m now 31 and I still do it occasionally.

I did gear recriationally too when I was 18 / 19, I’m 31 and I still have to do methadone to stop myself from being ill.

Knowing my addiction and bad habits I don’t think I would ever try methamphetamine knowingly. But I might just try it once to see what its like. But then again I’d just be doing the same as I did with the drugs above.

I’d try heroin if the world was gonna end. but thats not until 2012 so i have some time! :weee::hopeless::you_crazy

Ah, could never try any of them- bit of an addictive personality, it’d be a dodgy path to cross personally- I’d just get too curious, and I wouldn’t want to be the cat :hopeless:

Curiousity might have killed the cat, but remember that satisfaction brought him back! :weee:

    Don’t do it!

you talk the biggest load of crap

if someone says “i don’t want to try certain drugs because they are highly addictive and i don’t have the self control to mange that”…

    your survey says?

get a grip on yourself. lots of us have been through the mill. some of us sorted ourselves out. many of us lost friends along the way. many more would respect and support anyone who chose not to take that path.

this website has loads of members who support one another through times of crisis, offering lessons learned though mistakes made. i bet you enjoyed reading all the messages of support when you were in the big house.

what possesses you to shout your big mouth off at anyone who manages to balance their life out? just because you can’t manage it, doesn’t mean you need to be a bitter old dog in the faces of everyone else.

no-one has anything to prove here. if you have something interesting or relevant to say, say it loud. otherwise shut the door behind you

one of the biggest reasons why drugs are still illegal today and also why stuff like raves, squatting, travellers, alternative lifestyles are heavily clamped down on is because a fair few of those of us now in our 30s and above quite simply overdid drugs, fucked up their lives, the lives of those around them and caused a lot of burdens to wider society.

there are millions of people out there in Great Britain and beyond who don’t touch illegal drugs at all (and are even moderate in their use of legal ones) and because of what they saw in the 90s don’t feel that we should be cut any more slack.

as an example a young lady I know is convinced they lost the family house partly because her family was lending money to a heroin-addicted relative. Thats the sort of knockback which makes generations of people grow up supporting prohibition..

And yes I have done all the class A’s at one time or another.

    But I was lucky.

When I did them my life wasn’t in that bad a state and I had a supportive family (despite being in constant arguments with them over my lifestyle) so I didn’t want to fuck up. But a lot of friends did, and TBH had it been at a worse time in my life I could easily have got addicted to H or crack, and grown up to be complete scum.

incidentally I know in real life two of the people warning boothy against doing H, and we all grew up in the same area and watched class A’s destroy our rave scene

todays teenagers/younger people are carrying the can for this, (this is why there is stuff like undercover cops even at their legal raves) and if they fuck up too, then it will be pretty much impossible to get any sort of tolerance towards drug use for another generation.

Auch wenn du am Abgrund stehst, und gar nichts mehr verstehst,
wachen Engel über dich, halten dich im Licht und lassen dich nie fallen.

either that or extreme of the ‘teens’ are children of parents who are still using / addicts and dont know any different as in learnt behaviour / environment

and either go one extreme of sorting their shit out and usually legging it or following in their (and their parents friends / wider circle’s ) footsteps…..

also IMO if someone doesnt want to try – well whats the problem with that?
If someone wants to try and is aware of all the risks then thats their choice – but I dont understand the problem with people who either have personal experience themselves or having seem friends and or family go down that path (and sometimes not return) offering advise…..

government try and use anti-s0c1@l bEh@V10u.r to distract us from the real elephant; the vast majority of the people on the planet are being fucked over by a tiny minority

heroin, crack and meth can make that all go away for a little while.

the route to enlightenment has many distractions

it is difficult to know the true path… but i think it’s fair to say that no-one ever became a better person for trying smack, crack or meth
