  • Easy people, I’m trying to find a really scary film for this weekend. I’m going round my mates and want to find a decent horror film that will hopefully scare em! It doesn’t take alot to freak my mates out but i want a real freaky film that will scare fuck out of them. (I’m such a lovely person ain’t i! lol)

    Any suggestions? 😉

I haven’t seen a really scary film in ages but nightmare on elm street always freaks me out lol oh and IT

Horror films don’t usually bother me, I just see them as an entertaining laugh. The only ones that have ever shit me up are Poltergeist 1 & 2 (when I was a kid) and more recently WhiteNoise (not the second one) and event horizon. Oh and maybe Mothman Prophecies

the only film I remember disturbing me was the shining

My parents had gone out leaving my sister to ‘baby sit’ ( I was about 11 – 12)
she fucked off down the pub,
so I went straight to the video that said ‘……… dont watch’

put it on watched it and afterwards ran round my neighbours as I was shitting myself and didnt want to be on my own :laugh_at:

mother of tears is a pritty grim film ..

    you’re a lovely lad arent you?:laugh_at::laugh_at:

That never used to bother me when I was younger, but as I’ve gotten older it seems more disturbing now that I can appreciate the finer points a bit more.

a mingin porno never fails …

    ”buttered and ugly”

as for real horror films, event horizon is pretty good, things with dummies in scare the sh*t out of me … to be honest im the last person you want to be stuck with in the middle of a dark forest …. i scream like a girl 😥

Think the worst thing for me is my dad was right and I ‘shouldnt’ have watched it 😉
but writing not for……. on the label was like a red rag to a bull for me !

CAn’t watch horrors…well,i can but when I try and go to sleep i just start visualising a load of freaky shit and so as a result I can’t sleep.hence I avoid them whenever possible :yakk:

The Ring, that actually gave me nightmares.

Jeepers creepers, i slept with the light on for a good 3 years after that…:hopeless:

Agree with that. The grainy footage bits are well scary. Watched Diary of the Dead-good, more gory than scary.

Yeah init, that same bit of music they keep playing is really haunting, and when she climbs out the well and then out the TV at the end, wtf! Sketchy shit!

Not heard of that other one, i’ll keep a look out. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with these films though. :yakk:

I Find Fatal Attraction pretty fuckin scary,oh and top gun too
