I remember when I had to do this with my key worker when I started treatment. But I also had to put it in order and try and give a rough date or year. Here goes;
Psychedelics: LSD, 2CB, Salvia divinorum and Mushrooms. (many types)
Stims: MDMA, Cocaine, Amphetamine, ephredine and Nut-buster (can’t remember the real name)
Dissociatives: Ketamine and NOS (dunno if that bellongs in this catagory but meh) Rohypnol.
Benzos: (jesus this is a tough one) Diazepam, Oxazepam, larazepam, klomazepam (rivertrill etc) xanax? and godknowswhatelzepam.
Opiates: Mophine, Heroin, morhine sulphate tablets, methadone, subutex (among other bupenorphene crap), Hydrocodone, Dihydrocodeine, Cocodramol, Codeine, Tramadol.
Other crap: Cannabis, tobacco, poppers, alcohol.
There may be some other bit and bobs missing but I tried my hardest.
