Sounds like it’s not something he’s comfortable with. Just like some women don’t like giving blow jobs. Talk to him about it ! Ask him if it’s something he wants to do so you know of you should stop asking? Suggest ways to make it more enjoyable for him.. Flavoured lube etc?
