Why is this thread no longer active?! I love eggs and I like eating them in two ways. One is a sunny side-up, with the yolk still kind of raw, but cooked in high heat so the outer part would be crips. Second is scrambled mixed with onions, tomatoes and cheese. Pour it all in the pan, and before it forms all the way, flip it so it breaks. And just keep mixing until cooked all the way 🙂
