Well done april :horay: :horay: :horay: , I quit in October but started again last week, rough times and it was kill someone or smoke a fag so . . . bit of a bastard really. Gonna get some more patches
When i quit a year or two ago for a while i was on the 16 hour patch that you wear during the day. Well i kept mine on all night and had unusual dreams :you_crazy
i had strange dreams with nicorette partches…. this time im fine …not bothered me …about not smoking i only reallt did it when out ..the test will be when im out next at a free party or a club…the weed…..i will be strong tho!!!..im gonna get myself a boyfriend to take my mind off i think……………………………………….:bounce_fl

When i wasnt smoking i used to smoke weed in a pipe 😉 Wasn’t smoking tobacco so i didnt thinkit was too bad really. I did leave it a couple of months after quitting before i started smoking weed though.
I read the Alan Carr book and although it irritated the fuck out of me initially it did help me change some of my thinking patterns and have not smoked in over a year – and I get regularily hammered –
I just focus on the long term goal and when craving as i still do – what is a fag gonna achieve for me – maybe I was ready –
(stopped 5 years ago and ended up on cafe creame light as cigars aint really smoking etc)
