they used to have much worse and graphic ones in the 1970s and 1980s particularly regarding road safety, safety of children out in the open (as they were then allowed to play outdoors a lot more) and also in and around healthcare facilities.
The pig one was brilliant though. Westerners would berate it for being very non-PC but its not as judgemental as it seems to Asian cultures (a sow is viewed as a good mother). But I know too many pinays even from intelligent, professional backgrounds who think it is still a womans duty to have children (rather than just a career) even in an overpopulated area where their future is uncertain.
