both can be fairly easily obtained especially in any European country with a coastal border (which is most of Europe other than AT, CZ, SK, CH and LU) -crystal meth is newer but even in more tolerant countries normally carries the same “class A / hard drugs” classification and therefore the same penalties for use/dealing; and European legislation tends increasingly to deal with the “lesser evil” rather than outright prohibition.

On a related note this is why this sort of NPS is not immediately banned as no matter what “cool branding” is used the boffins at about 28 countries Science Universities and teaching hospitals will soon enough work out what is in the package anyway and/or how much real harm it is causing to society relative to that of other drugs…

amongst my older friends their views are often simply that “normal speed is plenty strong enough” (and should still be treated with respect); and there was plenty of it around in their University days.

We no longer usually add paraffin oil / mazoet to gin or glycol similar to antifreeze to sweet wine as its safer and no more expensive to produce the “real stuff”…
