  • Can we have some good news today loggy ?

    No news is good news.

According to South Korean sources… like, they’d know more than anyone else? Are South Koreans especially psychic or something?

Lots of people get executed in North Korean who AREN’T Kim’s exes. They don’t get the publicity though.

The universe hasn’t ended and we are still breathing.

If that isn’t good news for people, I suggest they give up breathing to compare the difference.

not sure if north Korean language is anything like Chinese (Mandarin), but “ma” can mean both horse and mother in Mandarin, depending on the “tone” used. So I’m wondering if “horse like lady” was a mistranslation of “mother like lady”? If not that’s one strange song lyric.

until recently lots of young people across SE Asian countries got executed simply for partying and taking drugs – and these countries weren’t even particularly criticised for doing so. And the only reason this is less common now is because we buy their gadgets, so the govt has realised it can’t afford to kill their bright young people or there won’t be anyone left to make them, not because they suddenly have become more lenient.

More bad news on the way when I get back from the chemist. hold tight.

at least you are free to report it without being jumped by 3 dodgy Oriental dudes with stereotypical Asian hats (like what always used to happen to Jackie Chan in every movie…)

going by Google Translate for Korean (the same language is spoken in both bits of the country, its not even as diverged as English and Scots)

“ma/mama” is 엄마 (eomma) whilst horse is 말 (mal) so it would be fairly hard to mistranslate (especially as countries like this are very closely watched by East and West).

“Beautiful horse like lady” isn’t that odd a song lyric by the standards of much Oriental pop music. However governments shooting pop stars in front of the rest of their own bands for alleged immoral behaviour is unusual even for North Korea – and way out of line with the rest of Asia given the Gangnam Style phenomenon and all the trance events occuring in countries what were once viewed as very strict…

Sorry mate I don’t speak satsuma.

the world is dangerous. pay for security. lock everyone out. guard possessions. focus on the task. ignore tweeting birds. status is more desirable than love. love is emotional and confused. things matter. red means war. we do not like green on the news unless its the colour of some wimp political party so to provide a distinction between what is worth noticing and what isn’t. trust the instillers of fear rather than risk loving others unconditionally. strangers are not real people, they are between a threat and fair game; they cannot be understood for they do not exist. see them only for the moment they inhabit and whether they have fulfilled any petty expectations you may have. you’re on your own. never touch anyone, keep you distance always so to not be seen as weak or inferior. talk assertively and with cold infliction that indicates confidence and satisfaction without love so others will feel inferior and disconnected. suppliers have a heart and you should trust them unless we say otherwise. engage with bs marketing. believe that as a consumer you have a say in the behaviour of your supplier and can have a warm feeling from part-ownership and making a difference. the country you live in is the only one that can represent the truth all of the time, because it has ‘the news’. do not think about other countries also having the ‘news’. this is the righteous path. people are ultimately weak and in need of infrastructure. we care. this is working. there is no alternative. only the insane would opt out. feeling ferrel? no, good :>. buy something you dont need. buying more than you need for a discount is a good idea. waste and want. work hard. money exists. storing rare metals for the sake of a fictional security is a good idea. starving people only exist during brief campaigns. taste over nutritional content. fat salt and sugar are desirable and not addictive. stand up and realise you are a mouse surrounded by elephants. everything is ok. people at the top want change. limiting systems are for your benefit. you are free. blind consumption isn’t greed. take our word for it. you need us. opt in.

Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself.

    Choose your future.

    Choose life.

. . . But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life: I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you’ve got heroin?
