A good bit of advice is to not think of MG as a “trip” (like how we know LSD or shrooms can be). To me and my mates, LSA seems to peel a layer off the world around you… it will give your home/garden or any known place seem new and interesting.
In the right company and setting (my choice is trance 130-135bpm), it also works as brain fuel and we happily zone out for an hour or so with what seems like your mind zipping through crazy calculations and deep thoughts of life and the world etc…
As a regular user of MG (LSA), I can tell you that approx 250-400 seeds will definately put you in a good place.
If you can handle the nausea, just down the washed seeds straight. Otherwise, shake the powdered seeds with some water and then filter out the black shitty seed casing and chuck that crap away. Just drink down the cellulose goop you are left with (sounds shite but worth it). There are other ways to extract (alcohol), but the process is longer and bit more awkward.
Total “trip” time, 5-6 hrs. We also feel spaced out for most of the next day. Wise to clear the next day of any chores.
