Sucks, cocaine is addictive as is and that shit is a really good cutting agent for a number of reasons including a similar appearance to cocaine while maintaining the consistency and not making it into smaller rocks, it makes cocaine more potent but it can cause health problems aside from addiction.
In 2005 nobody in the USA was cutting their coke with levamisole but by 2009 mexicans and colombians were cutting it before moving it… fucking cray
DanceSafe sells kits to test for it, but if you’re buying powder in america just assume it is cut with levisamole, same for most other countries although some places that value really pure stuff and are willing to pay a premium may still have access to uncut stuff but those guys are few and far between.
