another bit of anti-drugs spin(no pun intended)….
I expect the spiders were given a massive overdose in human terms; and it does not show what became of them in the end.
The webs show a decrease in attention to detail and would catch less flies etc; but surely a speeding spider isn’t going to be that hungry?
For all I know the spiders probably recovered totally and made perfectly normal webs after they had come down. Anyone got more detailed info on this experiment?
Anyway although I am not an arachnophobe spiders do unnerve me by crawling out of random places and they scare a lot of my relatives; so I am not going to give them any free drugs 😉
