Identifying drugs from a written/verbal description is almost impossible and not much easier with a picture. A pill could be anything, it’s far cheaper to press a pill with any design on it you like than it is to actually synthesize a drug then press it so it could literally be anything.

Personally, if anyone gave you info about what it is/could be, I wouldn’t trust it. You either need a lab analysis or need to test it with a reagent.
