whilst they don’t have death penalty for drugs small posession can be up to 23 days in the can without bail whilst the legal system decides what to do, then 6 months remand (which does not count towards your sentence like in England) and then more prison and a fine

its also one of the only countries where you can be made to have a blood or urine test on suspicion and drugs in your bloodstream are classed as possession.

For all the whining people do about Britain I think its still one of the least harsh places to live in in the World..

to get in trouble he would have to actually keep it rather than immediately just walking into the nearest police station with the cannabis and handing in the entire untouched block (CCTV will prove he was in the airport)

the customs man has already admitted to breaking the rules though, but uniformed services don’t like to admit they’ve fucked up so they will probably be looking for the package as well..

also if its like any other service they tend to keep records of the “test packages” and what they look like/how much is in them
