Not sure….. as I am guessing most people don’t actually know the difference, and assume they are just being a different blend/strength/variety of the usual street name?
There are some noticeable differences between various batches of the stuff about, from different sources.
Some is powdery, some more crystalline, very dry/sort of damp, some more yellow or with a more pungent odour.
I believe Mexedrone can have a sedative effect – so that could explain the “lazyness/sleepy” effects some people often report.
