They are analogues of mdma/molly/ecstasy sold as research chemicals. They all have similar effects as mdma with empathetic, serotogenic and dopamine boosting properties but none are quite as good as mdma. Methylone is the closest feeling one to mdma with more caffeine like high, ethylone is more mild and comes on easier, butylone has more of a speed affect and not so much euphoria. Mephedrone hitS more closely to cocaine and from my experience makes me fiend for another hit like coke but very similar.

Redosing those analogues is serious shiiit. That’s what makes acetyl fentanyl so bad. Man it’s potent but you will fiend for more 30m later. Way way worse than ds, oxys, morphine or regular fentanyl. W-18 too but it’s even more potent. I’m just gonna do ghb for now on….
