Anything bad that this combo could do? I wouldn’t assume that mixing the opiates would be bad but what about with the acetiminephan(sp?)?

acetaminophen is called paracetamol here in the UK/Europe and is dangerous to the internal organs in overdose..
While generally safe for use at recommended doses (1,000 mg per single dose and up to 4,000 mg per day for adults, up to 2,000 mg per day if drinking alcohol),[3] acute overdoses of paracetamol can cause potentially fatal liver damage and, in rare individuals, a normal dose can do the same; the risk is heightened by alcohol consumption. Paracetamol toxicity is the foremost cause of acute liver failure in the Western world, and accounts for most drug overdoses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.[4][5][6][7]

the US stuff called percocet contains oxycodone and paracetamol.
in the UK co-codamol (containing codeine) is the nearest equivalent. I’m not sure if oxycodone is used in the UK legitimately and as its class A would be unlikely to be popular in the NHS as it requires a lot of paperwork…

tramadol isn’t an opiate it’s an opiod. oxys are great, just don’t do more than 2000mg ace/para for ur stomachs sake. tramadol over 400mg can cause seizes so be careful.

In the UK oxycodone is supplied as OxyNorm by Napp Pharmaceuticals and runs between 5mg and 20mg tabs mate, given to post operative cancer patients with severe pain.
They are likely phasing out the use of codeine and paracetamol blends in all products containing them, though the news on this change alters regularly.
They do have Oxycotin pills as well. I’ve had 5mg oxynorms and 10mg oxycotins from my friends dead dads opiate stash. he did sell them to me so i didn’t nastily steal them or anything.
