Looks good from the pic. I would like to see more detail of the top of the cap. Bit early in the year but at Pat said, it has been really rainy of late.
Haven’t picked mushies before but i have done a fair amount of research so i’m prepared in time for the season. They look like the real deal as far as i can see. But I’m not an expert.
I’m not very knowledgeable on mushies so can give neither a yay or a nay but I’d try offering photos from different angles for people to judge better. With the shots being taken from pretty much the same angle multiple photos don’t achieve much.
Does it bruise blue? Does it have a dark purplish brown spore print? Does it have a have a viscid surface when moist? Does it have a separable gelatinous pellicle (peel a cap apart carefully and you should be able to see this); and was it found growing among grass? If so, you can feel pretty confident that you do indeed have liberty caps.
