there have been a number of highly credible independant and governement sponsored reports in the last few years
the difference with this one is that it has been given air
by itself it won’t cause radical change, but at least the rational voice is out there. a lot more of the same, coupled with pressure for action, may cause subtle changes along the road to a society that is serious about reducing harm caused by drug use
