They are not time release as far as i can see, and have a split down one side so are ment to be broken in two if necessary. I would take half for you first go. I wouldn’t take these regularly though as they have a high risk of addiction. Opiate related drugs can make you feel quite sick if you’re not used to them so it might be a good idea not to have any plans the day you are planning on taking it and the next day as well. Also don’t drink booze on top as this can fuck with your respiratory system too much. If you feel sleepy and also feel like you want to vomit … if you try and go to sleep make sure you are sleeping on your side as there’s risk of choking on your vomit in your sleep if you pass out on your back.
